ive seen it on 90% plenty of times in the past, making the game free however doesnt really make too much sense as they have a 2nd chivalry they would like to sell if you look at it from a company's perspective

Yeah, but Chiv 2 sucks compared to Chiv 1... Chiv 1 is the greatest multiplayer game of all-time. Clearly a happy accident after Mirage and Chiv 2.
