My friend alto has a few hacker builds in his collection found here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2920901205
And a more recent one found here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3011856764

Not to mention carrot quit payday and likely won't return to update his builds, ever.
However unlike the person I'm quoting here, I'd say go use whatever you like. Experiment and see what works for you. However do keep in mind that carrot builds likely won't ever be updated any more and will just be left to rot.
starting the bucket list of problems:
QF aced docbags
LBV anarchist
No 70 armor on health (his muscle build in his guide)
BE basic on bodyshot setups
HBV ex prez
Combat Medic aced of all things
and this is just what i've managed to notice in 5 minutes of skimming through the guide god knows what kind of other horrible choices lie there
For example why qf aced on doc bags? If you play solo it's better than going the painkiller route plus painkiller aint that useful unless you're doing dangerous inspire revives out in the open.
don't like something? CHANGE IT THEN! THIS IS A PAYDAY 2 BUILD, IT'S NOT LIKE YOU CAN'T TWEAK STUFF TO YOUR LIKING
This is all I'm saying on the matter.
You might wanna supplement the akimbos with something more sustainable, like an smg or even a stryk pistol, if you plan on going for gunslinger tree.
In that case, it's highly suggested to get the basic of low blow for crits, and possibly sneaky bastard for extra dodge.
I've no idea what your skills actually are, but for most dodge builds bullseye basic is a must, as to abuse the armor gate - the fact that a bullet doesn't go through both armor and health, allowing you to eat 255 damage shots with just 5 armor points using bullseye.
If you do really plan on sticking to shotguns tho, you want to get most of the shotgunner tree in the enforcer, as just about any shotgun barring say mosconi is quite subpar without those.
Swan song + inspire is overall nice for playing with other players.
I'm not really into just dropping a build like a few people here, but i guess i could describe what i've been using for most of my DS runs and just overall loud play -
Triple 1200 fire rate smgs, micro uzis + jacket's piece specifically
Inspire/Hostage taker/Bullseye/technician smg reload skills
basic low blow and sneaky bastard, triple smg allows to reach the 4 detection quite easily
swan song just cause its a bit of a habit + makes it easy to take out the turrets if you wanna trade a down for it.
Works like a charm if you don't stand out in the open like sicario under smoke and actually dip in and out of cover. Constant buff of second wind basic allows to cover ground pretty quickly, and thanks to lock n load fire-on-the-run - you can regen armor without stopping to shoot, allowing you to survive more shots and get more second wind speed to move.
Jokes aside, swan song is a good skill when aced and paired with explosives, negating one of grenade launcher downsides - low ammo pickup rates
Basic Killwhore hacker build with akimbo stryks and 5/7 for shields
Ammo pickup rate shouldnt be a problem unless you're just shooting at thin air, HT isnt needed as you can gain health extremely fast from pecm and using primary to clear hordes with ease, surefire aced for piercing through body armor
The rest of the skills should be self explanatory
No hostage taker on hacker is also a bit..
yea.
The build aint the worst thing in the world but i can definitely see people struggling to use this effectively.
