One player has 100% more health but all damage gets redirected in Stratagems
Can you please get rid of that modifier !

Or rework it to only apply lets say 25% of the damage to the player with boosted hp !

The fact that you can lose the whole mission because of 1 player's death, and said death is not even their fault, but it is caused by 1 out of the 3 player thinking he's totally invincible and doesn't realise he's taking too much damage, is absolutely infuriating !

Never played that modifier and not going to. Cause risks of trusting randoms is too high.

It can definitely be frustrating because there are still lots of players that don't really take that modifier into account when they are playing. I was in a match where one person was on mic and even talking coordinating it and the other person was like ok then just charged off and got the key person killed.

It can also be kind of fun though. When I have beaten it I talked to the other two players to make sure we were all on the same page. The one person is like the VIP and the other two are there to protect and support him like they are bodyguards. All heals and armor shards go to the key person. They play support roles to help that key player.

Another way to play is if someone is interested in trying their hand at solo'ing. This week you get that double hp buff, get the 75% heal going off every 90 second to heal you, and when bots get hurt you don't take any damage from them.

Oh I didn't think about trying solo with bots, might add some difficulty but certainly less infuriating ! I mean I would only have to blame myself in case of failure xD !!!
Tbh, if they, at least, make it so when a ally execute, the player who take damage take the shield point instead of the guy who did the exec... It would be a bit less tedious. But yeah, better doing it alone.

I did todays and yesterdays solo. Helldrake sucks and a time sink but it was ok otherwise. Yesterday's hard stratagem was even easier than absolute due to having both %200 health and %75 heal on yourself when you go solo.

I cleared the one that had both damage on dodge rolls and damage redirect. I played block chainsword bulwark without invigorating icon, dmg was on me, but vanguard with extremis heal was on the team. We also had point blank modifier, it was a major boon for restoring contested health.

3 pieces of advice for anyone trying this in pubs:
1. Bring at least one healer, duh.
2. Nobody is taking damage while dmg receiver is down, so no need to rush the revives, clear everything while you're invincible.
3. Try to leave ALL executes for dmg receiver, as again - they are invincible during the animation and so is the rest of the team.

This modifier kinda feels like an exercise in carrying, forcing to use the methods you'd use while boosting some new player.

There's a "private mode" checkbox in the strategem menu. But there's no "disable bots" checkbox. Just a reminder.

its by far the most annoying, they could literally just have executions performed by the nonimportant person(s) return armor to the important person and itd be completely fine but i doubt thatll happen

i just dont play it, normal or hard, i dont have the time nor patience to literally go gambling for good random teammates that have good enough fundamentals to get through it; vegas has better odds and i get money from doing that too

the irony is funny though, its the hardest modifier in the entire game exclusively because it forces you to rely on other people.... in a multiplayer coop game

Most of the times I just go solo into that one.

It's not really that bad, some people just ignore it completely and bash their face against every possible damage, so crown bearer dies instantly. If you play with friends you can just focus on leaving enemies in execute state for crown to be always in animation, where he doesn't get damaged

Its meant to get 3 players to cooperate.
You also dont lose instantly. You can be revived the first time you die.
All med kits and relics should go to that 1 player. All executions should go to that 1 player.
While you are executing, I don't think you will take damage even while your team mates are getting hit.
