Law is Law quest sill bugged

Great progress with the bugs. My loading is screen is fixed again so I can play and my harvest moon quest was fixed. I'm able to make progress again. I do have an issue though and its not a bug but I can't figure out how to sell things on the sell zone. I tried to sell the old crafting station now I have an upgraded one but it wasn't letting me put it up for sale and I'm not sure why or what I'm supposed to do.

I got quite a distance since the last time I couldn't play, but now I'm bugged out again. The quests with Greta are bugged. I've uploaded save files to discord. The game won't accept that I've moved the bed out of her room. I moved it several times, unpacked and repacked but nothing. Game won't accept it so guess I'm bugged out for a while again. I've been able ot deal with minor issues until now of just restarting the game but no luck with this one. The pages of hers too, I found 4 in the same place, but no sign of the other page. This is an issue with every quest like this. There's no hint, nothing telling you where to even start looking and there's no glowing outline until you happen to be hovering over it with the mouse. These search quests need to be a bit easier to do without the requirement of cutting down every rock and tree just to see if they're in the way.
