I can guarantee that our work is not finished. We pushed multiple fixes in the first two weeks, but accordingly to the Repair Roadmap that we posted after the release, now we are focusing on deeper fixes and reworks + missing quests.
Fixing game is not a process of 1 week, we are still very much in the middle of the progress, but some fixes are going faster than others, this is what caused you to wait 2 weeks for the next patch.
And this patch wil arrive today. We are working every day to fix mistakes of our ex-board, and fix the game for you, and for us too, no need to call us clowns. It would not speed up the process. We want to bring the game to the state it should be, not to rush it again.
FYI just refund and wait maybe 2 3 month, when they starting roadmap about more content rather than bug fix roadmap
