The guests live in my hotel forever
no ship came to take away my guests, their expected stay days kept counting down to negative numbers. When they stay in hotel more than a week, I know they will stay forever.

what do you consider soon? It is the end of July now and you mentioned the update coming soon in May.......

Have the same issue! I'm not able to continue in the story and I'm not in mood to start again, when there is a huge chance it will happen again,
I love the gameplay and the game visual but due to all these bugs I'm loosing any interest to continue in this game. :steamthumbsdown:

They just released a patch moments ago. Also, you can kick guests out that overstay by clicking on them and asking them to move out.
