by default, the game started on my pc in german. it had so many buds, it was unplayable!!!! nothing helped: restarting, new game in story mode or sandbox, deinstalling and re-installing. BUT THEN i deleted all the gamefiles, changed the language to english and started a new game and now nearly everything works!!!!
