Sonic Adventure 2 not working (launcher issues)

anyone knows how to fix it, i really would appreaciate it ! (i tried downloading the launcher and it says ive got an error:0x800f0922- the following feature couldnt be installed: .NET Framework 3.5 including NET 2.0 and 3.0 also using sonic2app isnt working)

Try opening the game's local files in the library, right-clicking on the Launcher.exe file, and selecting "Fix Compatibility Issues"

I fixed this as follows.
open windows control panel,
Programs and features,
Turn windows features on or off,
uncheck .net framework 3.5

After that then launch the game. Windows will say you don't have the needed .net software.
Allow windows to install the .net framework again. After that the game should be working again. At least that fixed it for me.
