configure will not launch.

It did work until i ctrl+alt+del out of game. Now it will not launch the configure from steams menu. I tried verifying game cache and I reinstalled the game. Any ideas? is there a specific file I can delete?

Try going to Documents and then open up a folder called "SART". Delete all files from it and try to open the configurer again.

I sometime have the problem too. All i do is deleting the "SART" Folder in "My documents" which contains the config files. After that i can open the config menu and go change my things. ^^ Gladly, i finally have my perfect options and dont need do to it anymore xD Hope it will help you.

I tried deleting SART folder. Still won;t open config. re- verified cache....restarted etc.. nothing

I went ahead and deleted anything I thought could be connected and now trying to verify and reinstall files

Try restarting Steam.

Try running "launcher" directly from the game folder in steamapps. If that doesn't work, right click on launcher and run it in compatibility mode.

compatibility troubleshooter worked! I forgot about that tool, because it never worked for me before. Thank you! its running in XP sp3 mode.

To fix this issue follow the steps below.

1:Open Steam System folder on your PC.

C:\Program Files\Steam by default

2:Open the steamapps folder.

C:\Program Files\Steam by default\steamapps

3:Go into your common folder.

C:\Program Files\Steam by default\common

4:Open your Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed folder.

C:\Program Files\Steam by default\common\Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed

After this launch the Launcher.exe file as an administrator. Change your resolution to a compatible resolution for your system. Also adjust your graphics to the optimal settings for your system. Here are the recommended and minimum system requirements if you need them.

MINIMUM:
OS: Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8
Processor: 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or equivalent
Memory: 1GB Ram (Windows XP), 2GB Ram (Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8)
