Low FPS after new GPU

Used to get 60FPS solid all the time, played for years. I had an RTX3060. Before that was on some 1GB GPU. (Can't remember the FPS then, but was playable)

I got an AMD Radeon7600XT 16GB, a while ago.. everything has been fine.. but when i've gone to replay this game i'm getting as low as 20FPS.

Anyone know a solution?

If you have AMD Adrenalin installed go to gaming select Sonic All-Stars and on the graphic options use Radeon Chill and put both sliders on 60. If you don't have Adrenalin use any other program like RivaTuner to cap FPS to 60.

You are using windows right? Go to C:\Users\Your_User\Documents\SART and delete the file Settings.xml it will reset the graphics for default, if you changed the GPU or update the video driver, it will solve it. Maybe it is using the Cpu instead GPU.
