If I understand it correctly you can not buy older games but you can still play the games you own. Correct me If I am wrong on this.
Only the sale of certain games is restricted in Germany. You already paid for those licenses, so you moving shouldn't have any impact.
Dying light 1 was one of those games due to it's gore and no age label. The way people went around the censored version was having a friend from another country buy and gift it to them and they could play uncensored version of the game and it remained in their library.
only thing required for sale in germany is the game having a age-rating.
we're mostly done with indexing videogames these days.
Its a lot more relaxed now.
