LEGO® Batman™: The Videogame

[Technical Issue] Is playing the game with a mounted ISO Impossible?
[Before beginning] I'm aware that the question I'm asking 'may' be considered illicit by some, given that it's a method that game pirates and nefarious people might utilize upon as an alternative method for certain acts, but I want to state that my desire is soley out of safekeeping, intrigue and nostalgic value.

Greetings
Perhaps this is a uncommon question, but seeing how there's currently a sale of various LEGO games, hopefully this will gain enough traction for me to find a solution.

I've owned this game on a physical 'Games for Windows' DVD for PC ever since I was eight years old! I've seen it again thanks to a gameplay channel which I would share the link to their channel, cause they have that charming early-gameplay raunchy charm, but I can't find now, plus it would shift the discussion.. , and the idea formed of wanting to try it again.

However, as a sense of concerned conscience came to me, I've realized that this disc, given it's age could be more prone to issues; I'd hate for it one day to not be able to play it. So I went to look at how to mount it into an ISO, which I've succeeded ,
thanks to a program called WinCDEmu [wincdemu.sysprogs.org]

However it would seem that the disc has a protection feature, even after mounting it..where it tells me the following thing:

Please insert the original disc instead of a backup (1000). Please have a look at http://www.securom.com/message.asp?m=copy&c=1000 for further, more detailed information.

Checking the link, provided not so much info on how to fix it - given the current situation.

Is anyone aware of how I could succeed in this ordeal? Please, let me know and thank you for anyone who is willing to read this and assist me!
