Another option is to limit the frame rate in some other way (eg. in the video card drivers, or by using a display, like a TV, with a limited frame rate).

are you talking that little robot robin controls when you change suits to "hack" on keyboard its the wasd keys to move, you gotta figure it out, it will go straight, and turn, its just funky
