Under Gaming, select the Lego Batman game.
Enhanced Sync should be disabled. If enabled, it would replace the regular V-Sync, and using it can cause problems in this game (because it allows higher frame rates).
"Wait for vertical refresh" (ie. V-Sync) should not be set to "always off" (that would override the game setting and keep V-Sync off). You can go with "always on" to just force V-Sync on in the game, or one of the options that let's the game control it, and then make sure that V-Sync is on in the game settings.
That should be all that you need. At least, it works for me. Disable Enhanced Sync and let the game control V-Sync (or force it on).
