hi, thanks for replying! I already turned on the V-sync. The game runs smoothly just... that thing. ^^; any idea?

Did you have Steam (or something else) display the frame rate, to make sure that it's the same rate shown in the game settings? The video card drivers could be overriding the V-Sync setting in the game.

If it's not V-Sync, I don't know what else to suggest. I played through the game years ago, so I can't comment on that specific section. Did you look for a video to see if you're missing something?

on that video, right on 5.52, Robin seems stuck for a second but somehow manage to go up the platform. My Robin just got stuck and started moonwalking on the platform ^^;
