if you go into the nvidia app go to graphics, add a new game to the list, look for the batman file and add it. then scroll down and limit your fps to 60. then go back into batman, turn on vsync and change your resolution to 1280x720. I had problems with the batman pc port but this fix should work for the whole game. Hope this helps anyone having issues.
