Arctic world *POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT* New Secret?
Ok so what the hell is this? I haven't seen it described anywhere. If you shoot all the vent turbines inside the building after you snow plow the ice on the stairs it reveals this: http://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=758046132
I don't know what to do with this! Maybe I'm not just not understanding what people have written but I haven't seen anything that I recognize as being about this. Can anyone help me?

How did you get the lights to turn green and the hatch and door to open?
