Uneven Constitution for main character?
13,15,17 because you get the armband for your Avatar? Do Stimulants work if you do it like that?

You're a bit too vague with your question... Stimulants work just how they describe them. Doesn't matter what your stat scores are.

You mean, if you use a stimulant to increase a score, will you be able to equip items requiring a stat that your character is normally low on? That's a no. Item requirements are based on characters actual stat score. However, memory is fuzzy, but, you might be able to equip a piece of gear that brings a stat higher and then equip the other gear that required a higher stat than your character 'normally' has. Again, memory is a bit fuzzy on that.

As for stat scores, it's a common practice to start off with odd numbers because you can add a point during level ups later. In most cases, it's best to get them up to their next even number increment... especially when it's a stat that is needed for certain gear that you're wanting.
