How the hell am i supposed to "climb the ladder" and earn the card-back, when i lose 4 of 5 games with my bad starter cards, that arent able to deal with most situations?

Honestly, this game is more customer-unfriendly than Hearthstone.
Never though I'd say this...

@Night_Rain: Do Dungeoneering. Also Bronze-Tier is pretty easy even with using mostly base-cards, however level the character you want to use at least to 6(I think the last cards you get from leveling were there) before trying to climb the ladder.

@Yamino:
The bad mechanis in this regard really is, that players lose stars for losing even in bronze league.
That means, that in order to reach silver league, and get the chest and card-back, players need a winrate above 50%, for the lenght of 5 or 6 games.
Which is, especially for new players, really tough or even impossible.

@Night_Rain: I did not loose any stars for my losses in bronze...or, no rank that is. The only times you're supposed to is where you need those 2 wins in a row to get up to silver...was also not that difficult for me with barely any cards besides the basic ones, and those from leveling the characters...
