Not being awarded PLatinum after level up???
I have not been awarded my platinum ingots for leveling up for the past 2 levels... What gives?

level 10 only..it says it right under it.

Same here. It says the reward I will get at the next level is some free Platinum, but when I get there the "Continue" button just switches to the next reward and I don't get anything.
If it is lvl10 only, why does it claim I will get some at e.g. lvl5?

I hope when this is fixed, the devs will give us the rewards we missed out on...

the platinum is lvl 10 ONLY. n game clearly tells you after every single match.

at lvl 5 you get a 100 gems/crystal no platinum. they are shown in youre collection/during deckcreation only. gems are used to craft cards like dust in heartstone.

Hmm. I'll look more closely next time.
Perhaps could do with some UI work then if people are misunderstanding.

The above posts are correct and we're exploring making the UI a bit clearer to avoid this confusion.
