I followed what steam told me to me and it did not work, I wanted to try to this game to see what it was like so I grabbed it from the store. I looked in the Technical FAQ for this game and all it did was tell me to validate my file cache, i've done so several times and it has not worked. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game also just to see if that would work, it did not.

I pressed the "get help" button on the Technical FAQ site but it asks me for information I do not have since I have never played this game before.

When I attempt to launch the game I only get as far as "Installing: M (step 1 of 1)" and it stops and says "failed to start game (unknown error)", I am feeling myself less and less inclined to play this game if even attempting to launch it is proving this problematic.
