Hello Jagex,

On the 3rd May I purchased the Epic pack DLC through Steam for this game, but my packs and other rewards are not appearing in the game.

I have checked the file integrity of the game and this is OK, the DLC is also showing as installed with a tick (check mark) beside it in the DLC section of the game in my library.

Could you please investigate and resolve. I am logging on through Steam so obviously my account name would be zaxwerks
