Looking at the tail end of the logs, the critical parts are a stacktrace where your connection dropped, and then lots of instances of "SendSteamReconnectRequest - failed to retrieve session ticket. Retrying." This looks like you were briefly unable to connect to the Internet from the machine you were using. Getting a session ticket involves the Steam process itself getting in touch with Valve's servers, so the fact that your connection to Chronicle dropped and you couldn't get a session ticket implies a general problem, rather than an issue with Chronicle.
