I bought the legend pack and can't get the content in game. Any ideas?

Restarted / logged out of the game and steam multiple times

Waited a few hours

Ensured the dlc box is ticked before starting the game

Unticked the box, ran the game. Reticked it to no avail

Anything else I can do?
