Sounds like yet another Norton over-reaction. It is showing a "favourable" rating in that screenie.
Most firewalls are default configured to show a similar warning popup for executables downloaded via the internet [as does windows], so if it came from a reputable source it should be fine.

If you are worried it may have a virus, google Malwarebytes anti-malware, and use that [free version] to scan the file as a peace-of-mind double-check.

Thanks for the reply. I'll see what I can do about the file then. Hopefully it is just over-reacting

I hope this isn't bumping, my friend has the same error but he got the game here on steam

I think that if the game was a secret virus, someone would have said something over the last (checks) 7 years.
