That should actually be an achievement btw ;).
It was on Normal, no single-battle power-ups bought.
Limitations:
Wasn't able to keep the general alive - you can have him survive longer by building the healing facility (almost always build it, it's amazing).
Wiped out the aliens completely several times, but the last push was too much to clean before time ran out,
Strategy for anyone interested:
The strategy is easy (This stage is easy too, I actually never lost in it, but I might just have been lucky)
-Buy 1 Officer, and 1 Minigun. Use them to mow down alien bunkers (that's all it takes!).
-Build a healing facility.
-Build (+relocate) all essential facilities at the south (use a flag and normal soldier, then sell him and relocate flag)
-Buy another minigun, then buy the rest of the facilities. Then buy more miniguns, and maybe Flak Cannons for the lolz.
*At the last minute you'd have 4-5 miniguns, an officer, and 1-2 flak cannons.
*If you let the aliens take over a couple of your bunkers, you'd have a few more BP to invest. But it's not mandatory. Just do it once at the start to have an easy going.
Why no image-proof?
I'm actually not that smart, it seems. I used screen-shots and MS-Paint to save it all, but now I see that Steam has its own image storage system. Will share images if anyone would kindly reveal to me how to post external images to a Steam thread.
