Hi Mamiko, sorry to hear you're unable to get past the "press any key" screen. Are you using a keyboard or controller? If you have multiple peripherals connected, can you remove any extras and let us know if it helps?

Lastly, if you have any overlay software running, can you close/disable these and test again?
