Cant play "Lost Archive"
Hi,

I bought the Lost Archive DLC, but Ingame, the DLC is not available.
I already got in touch with the Steam Support, cleared my Chache, reinstalled, nothing worked.

Can you please check to see if there is an activation key for the Lost Archive DLC in Steam. If there is can you redeem this in game by going to Extras > Exclusive Content. Enter your key here then you should have the extra content unlocked.

The Lost Archive should then be visible on the main menu.

I tried doing it right now after seeing your post, but i'm being forced off-line again, and the moment y clickl on Extras>Exclusive Content>Lost Archives to enter the key, i'm ended up being redirected to the DLC Steam page

Hey Ashe Nei,

After clicking 'Exclusive Content' there should then be a button to 'Redeem Code', if you click this, you should be able to enter the key and activate the DLC.

Let us know if you still have trouble!

I can't.

I'm being forced in off-line mode. The "Redeem Code" button is greyed out. That's the whole problem i'm having since August.

Just a quick update on what I've found, I can confirm that this is something we're continuing to look into. My apologies that I don't have any further information at the moment, but we're looking to get the issue you've noted resolved as soon as possible.

I have no other thoughts besides being able to finally enjoy the product i bought 2 months ago... just that.

Any news?

It's been a month since there were any news (and the noteworthyness was that it was still being worked on...) and i'm almost at my limit here. Almost 4 months since adquiring the game and still no news of any solution to the problem at hands.

There were some Ubisoft game sales in the meantime, but i refuse/d to buy any Ubisoft game until (or if) this problem is resolved.

I just checked to see if there is any updates on this issue, but the last update was just a week ago saying it is still something we are aware of and being looked into. We will let you know on the thread when we see anything new to share.

Hey.
Can't believe I'm reopening a thread from 3 years ago.
So you just updated the game and added achievements on steam
I had all but one achievement from The Lost Archive DLC and thought it would be a fun time to revisit and earn that one too, but I've got the same issue.
The Lost Archives won't launch even though I had activated it when I first bought the game back in 2015 (I bought the Gold Edition). I can't re-redeem the code either.
