I think, its something with ubisoft servers.
There are the same topics in another AC titles today.

Same, achievements work normally yesterday but won't pop up in steam now.
Only Ubisoft connect unlock the achievements.

Same here. i was about to create a new topic about this issue. I did 7 achievements yesterday during a unique session. 4 counted on Steam/Ubisoft then 3 only on Ubisoft Connect

same, i tested on 3 ac games, wd: legion and uno and not a single achievement poped

Yes, all achievements have been updated for Steam (Assassin's Creed: Revelations)
