Hi :) If you're having trouble with unlocking fps in-game, you've come to the right place!
I had a problem with this myself and had to spend some time trying to find a solution because just creating the user.cfg file was not enough. I will now discuss step by step how to unlock the fps limit in the game:
1. Go to <path-to-game>\data\startup and create a file named user.cfg
2. Write ForceFPS=# and change # with desired FPS.
PS : make sure you create a file named user.cfg ( not user.cfg.txt ) - you don't know how to create this file? When you are in the folder "startup", look up, select "view", then press "file name extensions". After this, you will be able to change the user.cfg.txt file to user.cfg without any problems :D.
3. go to game settings, turn on v-sync, turn off anti-aliasing and run the game in "full window" (don't confuse with "window" and "full screen") After all, enjoy your unlocked fps counter!
PS2 : As for the fps value you should enter, it depends. For me, to be able to run the game in 200 fps, I had to enter forcefps = 220 which is a strange case. You have to try to enter similar values and you will surely get to your dream fps! Have fun killing orcs!
