How do i get the three collectibles above and to the right of the first set of portals?

I'm not sure how to post a screenshot to help with my descrption, either.

They are on another level above and to the right with two potential access points from different "levels" one side has three birds that wil take you a nest with a puddle that you use to grow grass to get past. the other has tow portals (one moveable).

I have been trying for ages...

You can get there from the right side by riding a bubble.

I had assumed i would need a bubble but i cannot get a frog up there with a pink thing. i have been trying for ages... It's probably really obvious but i must be missing something.
