Okay, I'll try and give you a step by step solution:

First you need to get on the right side of the crab without "activating" the frog
You then need to climb in the little cave and stomp, so that the frog by the teleporter will jump down. Pay attention that the frog is of the right side of the crab
Use stomp to get the crab to the utmost left side and use the berry and the frog to get on the top of the crab.
Use stomp to get the second frog down. There should be no gap so the second frog aswell will get to the right side of the crab.
Lure the crab to the middle of the floor and make both frogs bloated. Use the first frog to get the second still bloated frog on the top of the crab.
Follow the frog on the top using the first frog again. Use stomp to activate the second frog on the crab and to fly up to the teleporter.

I hope it is clear what I mean. If you don't understand something just ask again.

Haven't done it yet, but I missed the stomp by the frog next to the teleporter. I love how this game makes you miss the most obvious things.

OMG FINALLY WORKED! I tore out most of my hair over that one. Not literally, but you get the picture. I followed a different solution that worked in the video, but never when I did it. It was very irritating. Glad that one's over with.
