What I was really meaning is it leaves a clear and positive message; that you should never leave behind the people who help make you who became.
I've played all previous Two Tribes games, starting with RUSH & Toki Tori which you enticed me into with the wonderful 87 pence deals in Summer 2011, followed by me buying EDGE on Day 1 when it released.
I would have inevitably bought Toki Tori 2 on Day 1 had it been released simultaneously - and I know a lot of other people would have done likewise.
I am sad that you had to be a casualty to be a warning to others - not to take the loyalty of existing customers for granted when you make them wait out exclusivity periods.
It's the same reason we were struggling with PC ports for so long. Company's would delay the PC version under the guise of "piracy" and by the time it comes out on the platform the interest is gone.
For yourself it is doubly-bad in that the Wii U was a complete disaster, which meant that you had tied yourself into exclusivity to a terrible platform.
We tried to warn you, and I am sorry for what has happened, especially as it means some talented people have lost their jobs.
Don't let it seem like I take pleasure out of this happening, just sometimes when you are attacked for expressing a point of view, and are then vindicated it's worth remembering that you were advised (by numerous sources) that this would be a bad idea.
A sincere good luck to you on whatever projects you move onto in the future.
I absolutely loved this game, and I loved all the other ones you guys released here. Blows my mind that your sales were so bad.
