Stuck at 41/42 gates

I miss a single gate somewhere. I have done all achievements except gate one, apollo one and porcupine one in current playthrough. I want to understand which gate i miss. From eagle view, all gates look triggered.

I hope it is not a bug. Recompleting whole game would be not exacly fun because to open All collectibles gate, you... well, need all collectibles, which i would like not to recollect again.

The door to the tower also counts, so you can't do it in the same run as completing the game before entering town.

I think the gates persist between playthroughs though. I didn't have to go through everything all over again.
