Warning! NOT El Capitan compatible
So it seems the Mac OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) update killed not only this game but other Two Tribes games as well (RUSH and EDGE at least)? Toki Tori 2+ now opens to a glitchy screen with music, and it seems the game would otherwise be playable but there are no graphics. I suppose there is no hope of an update?

Same problem here! I didn't see any notice saying it wasn't compatible with OS X 10.11. A fix will be very much appreciated. Thanks

I can confirm same problem. El Capitan on a Macbook Air 2013.

It does work with some tweaks, but it involves using resources from Mav/Yos that are not open source, so dev will either need to abandon mac port, and rely on community fixes, or 2 rewrite some of the code to ref what ElC has, but in the meantime there is a fix, it's just not legal from a developers point of view but have asked them to clarify. I can write a guide to get it to work, but it's a band-aid, not a fix.

Thanks for almost giving me a seizure. I'm still seeing halos as I type this. I didn't even know my monitor could flicker that fast. WAY WAYYYY CONFIRMED on El Capitan.

There is no humor in this post. Please just patch this as quickly as you can. I'm really not kidding when I say that a black/white strobe that fast is going to hurt people.

Can you share the tweak? I would really like to play this game. Purchased yesterday and really sad to found it can't run on el capitan :(

Honestly it would be better if they took the program off Steam for OSX users entirely until this is fixed. I'm really REALLY not messing around talking about this bug triggering seizures. This can be very VERY dangerous, especially for people who already have lowered seizure threshholds.

Same issue here on Mac with OS X 10.11, Toki Tori, EDGE and RUSH all just open to a white screen and play the theme music.

I still think they'd have been better served by pulling the title entirely for OSX until this is resolved. It's a health hazard.
