toki tori 2+ , please help me. how to get to the right??

There's water WAY up to the left that gets blocked by one of those automatic gates. You need to stand in the gate for a fairly long time (I never counted it, less than a minute) and eventually the water will flow down to the zap bugs. I don't think there's any way to get back up there directly from where you are though.
