Installed Toki Tori 2+ from Steam for my Surface Pro. First needed to install msvcp120.dll as usual. The game launches correctly from one Windows account, but using another Windows account (but the same Steam account) it does not. No message at all, not even when launching the exe directly from the folder. All other games I have tried work just fine launched that way.
