You are likely getting this problem because you computer has an integrated graphics card and the driver is out of date. The Pox Nora forums have some troubleshooting tips http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php?threads/pc-troubleshooting.1487/

There are two things that could affect you accessing the marketplace. First, you haven't reached that part of the walkthrough. You can bypass this by going to into the options menu and selecting Skip tutorial.

If you are clicking on the market place tab and nothing is happening then you likely have Steam overlays disabled. Right click on Pox Nora in your Steam Games Library and click on Properties. Make sure the "Enable the Steam Overlay while in-game" check-box is enabled.

i also played this game years ago and today i couldnt even get my email pass the login screen on the web site for some reason :(. And on steam im getting a java error what ever :X

its like they erase the user data or some kind or reset...

You need to contact their support at support@desertowlgames.com or by going to PoxNora.com and clicking on help. The accounts need to be recovered do to the ownership change from SOE to Desert Owl Games. There was a transfer website, but it was recently taken down by Daybreak Games formally known as SOE.
