It is hard to say what could be causing your problem. What time does this seem to happen and what time zone are you in? Are you still having this problem after today's patch?

Yesterday I try to login many times and after all I play normally.
The time I try to play it;s like now (01:00 +2GMT) I try to login later and I write again for news.
I don't think it's steam problem because I play other 2 games fron steam and is ok....

Good to hear you haven't been having problems recently. It is hard to say at times what may be affecting performance because it can be as much a local problem like high Internet usage in your area or something else.

I noticed lag starting to set in a few days ago and now the game just sits at Initializing Lobby. The official forums take a very long time to load too.

That sounds more like a connection problem with your ISP since it is also happening on the forums for you. It could be that your Internet service provider could be changing their data routing which might cause a problem like this. Have you noticed anything like this for any other online games or when browsing the web?
