Okay just a piece of advice, just download the client from poxnora.com and forget steam. Works like a charm over there.

Actually, the time frame when you first posted this problem was about the same time the Bot Server was restarting which was likely the cause of your problem. When this happens give it a few minutes for the bot server to restart and then just relaunch your game client to refresh.
