What campaign did you buy? Did you complete the walkthrough or go into options and disable the tutorial? If you got the campaign and haven't unlocked that part of the walkthrough then it wouldn't show up. If you go into the options and select Skip Tutorial that will fix your problem. If you still are not seeing the campaign I would recommend you contacting their customer support by going to PoxNora.com and clicking on help.
