Depending on what type of advise you need there are many different avenues. The best place to go is the Pox Nora forums http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php. There you will find player made guides and can ask questions and get feedback from skilled players. In-game the volunteer moderators (players with yellow names) are knowledgeable so if you have a quick question regarding combat tactics they should be able to help. Just hang out at the forums and watch some of the higher ranked people play thru spectating
