Ah, it it understandable how text could appear a bit small at that resolution. As a temporary solution, if you are interested, try running the game in fullscreen but use a slightly lower resolution in the game options. This may help with making the text a little larger.

The UI in this game is atrocious and always has been. I can handle about 1 game a week because of all the stupid misclicking and reclicking that happens in every single game.
