Can't reset PASSWORD with my Registered E-mail; WHY?
Unsure when I created this account but a long time ago I tried to log in but, of course, couldn't remember my password. Tried to reset it, even after checking all folders for any new e-mail (yes, Including the JUNK Folder), no 'reset e-mail' comes in, yet if I try to create a NEW ACCOUNT with that exact same e-mail, it says it's already registered!?

(which I know I registered with the e-mail) but it just goes to show, something is wrong. I tried this a while ago, gave up and thought it'd some how fix itself, but things rarely do that, thus here I am, my eventual inquiry; How do I get the system to send my e-mail address it's 'reset password'?

Logged into Discord but unsure of what server to search for? Pox Nora? Steam? Valve?

Never got a response but on June 12, 2022 I sent in this support message to customercare@desertowl.com, it is pasted below...

The Password reset function will not send me a Password Reset e-mail to my registered e-mail​ because, I believe, my e-mail address & registration was not mitigated​ over to the new system.

Please, transfer (my-email-address-here) over to the new system or totally wipe it from the system so I can, again register anew​!

Sent customerservice@desertowl.com too. At this point I don't know where else to turn, any ideas, suggestions or help on correcting this matter would be greatly appreciated.
