After checking with discord players, the 2 vs AI was never added, whereas the game supports 2 vs 2 and the game also supports AI playing instead of players.

I have often been checking this game to see if 2 player coop would be there.

I even think 2 player coop campaigns would have been great.
That would have been such a relaxing gameplay.

man i would kill to be able to play with my cousin against the ai, we would/could play this for hours.

yes, 2v2 would be awesome, hope devs hear us and give us an x.mas miracle

I currently lost hope of having it added to current Pox. Developers are currently involved in another type of Pox product, from what I have gathered thus far on their Discord and current patches are not involving initial developers, and only apply stat modification / skill fixes and nothing like unlocking a mode.

Eventually I understood that if they did not add 2 vs AI to current Pox Nora until now, they most certainly won't. Indeed that would have been absolutely stellar!
