I don't think there is any way to change classes midstream, however, you might be interested in this mod.

You can talk to an NPC in the start area and it takes you to the mapworks and increases your character's level to 50 as soon as you enter.

After you have assigned your leveling points, you will need to buy some gear and a weapon, of course.

sorry what it was so long, some home things and fast program fixes (it happens when active changing something)
