try to open savegame folder ("C:\Users\User\Documents\My Games\Runic Games\Torchlight 2\save\" on my PC) or modsave and check <yourcharactername>_<lotofnumbers>.SVB file. But guess, it absent. Well, try to find file with your character name and ".restore" extension. If it there, rename it to .SVB extension. finally, if it not there, try to find (and rename) backup.tmp file.
