Mod recommendation for first playthrough

Hi i want to start a new playthrough on veteran , any mod recommendation i want for sure the respec potion mod , any other recommendation

Neither change the basic game-play, but they do make the maps more varied. Also (to my knowledge) both were written by Runic Devs.

Agreed with Nakos and here's a load order that is as vanilla as possible from the modded side:

Respec Potion
Skills Use LMB
Enchanters Stay Put
Minimalistic Loot Borders
Fair Item Level Requirement
Effects List Overhaul
Bosses Reset on Exit
Ancient Items
Blanks Landmarks
Abysm
