Linux FIX

This would not start when I first tried it. I left it alone for a long time until I found a fix on ProtonDB. Thanks Nils!

Right click the game in Steam Library. Under "Properties.." find "Launch Options" - should be right at the bottom of the window. For Launch options you want:

LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libfreetype.so.6 %command%

That's it! This is one of the best LAN coop games I own.

Actually I had a similar issue with another game, except that I couldn't install such a file for my ubuntu version.

I made a guide with the steps I did to make it work

It's not related to torchlight 2 but if you are a linux user it's worth knowing you can do this kind of things
