SOLUTION to the problem of wallpaper covering the screen

I also faced such a problem. Solution:
1) Click the Windows search button and type "sysdm.cpl".
2) In the system properties window, select "Additional" and "Speed settings".
3) In the "Visual effects" section, tick "Animation on the taskbar", "Window animation when minimized and expanded" and "Animated control elements and elements inside the window"
4) Click "Apply" and "OK".
After that, try to run it, it should work

After that, try to run it, it should work

it doesnt show "Additional" for me there
